TECHNOLOGY’S IMPACT ON INDIVIDUAL INTERACTION

The benefits of training and personal development derive from identifying each student’s priorities in the sense of higher education. One way companies increase their competitive advantage is by using creative techniques that improve the performance of humans. Human performance can be improved or limited by situational factors that are incorporated into the work environment of the company. The workplace of the enterprise is one of the situational factors. The targeted patterns emerge from the interaction of the factors that contribute to the development of imagination and personality. The factors that influence the development of future engineers fall into two categories: social and situational.

Knowledge, expertise, and behaviours are the main personal influences. Cognitive sciences constitute an interdisciplinary field of research that combines disciplines such as psychology, artificial intelligence, linguistics, philosophy, education, sociology, and neuroscience among the situational factors we list interest. Technology has the potential to become such a powerful influencing factor as decisions are made (on whether to plagiarize), reasons why technologies such as personal computers and the Internet have developed so rapidly, that there is no clear, ingrained, unwritten moral code for the ethical use of these technologies (especially for ethical use in academic studies). Students surveyed on a wide range of fronts tend to have a common, strongly held understanding of what plagiarism is and what constitutes appropriate educational practice, primarily within their study community.

Technology has become a very important factor that needs to be better understood, particularly as mobile devices, utilities, material, applications, and related products are produced and distributed. For most tertiary teachers, the views on what was (in all cases) appropriate practice did not conform to the institutional policy on academic plagiarism in effect in each case, or the views of instructors in that organization. Reasons for this disparity among students ‘ and academics ‘ views or tertiary policies could include a lack of conviction that plagiarism is a serious offence in the light of academic dishonesty, justified perhaps by students because they consider their research daunting or tedious (and thus have no compunction to bypass academic drudgery), fear failure, or time constraints and heavy pressure. The implementation and use of new IT plays an important role in deciding the needs of users and increasing business risk, especially with rapid changes in IT technology such as smartphones. As IT evolves and the essence of each technology changes, IT implementation theories often develop. A number of theoretical models were introduced, developed and tested in an effort to better understand, predict and explain the adoption and use of new technologies by users at both the organizational and individual levels.

Studying the key factors affecting the acceptance of new information technology helps explain and forecast the attitude of users towards the adoption or rejection of this new technology. The acceptance of new information technology (IT) by users is considered a key determinant of their performance and their lack of acceptance is seen as an obstacle to their success. In addition, understanding the adoption and use of new IT by users plays an important role in determining the needs of users and reducing business risk, particularly with rapid IT changes.
