INNOVATION IN EDUCATION AND SCIENCE

The definition of creativity in education is wider than innovation in technology. These include advances in education, science, and technology, infrastructural, cultural, social, legal, administrative and other fields. Educational developments are defined as a technique or method of educational operation that differs significantly from established practice and is used in a competitive environment to increase the level of effectiveness. The advances in education include pedagogical innovation, innovation in science and methodology, innovation in education and technology. The education sector is substantiated to be one of the most important elements of the national innovation program. At the same time, the human brain analysis would help us to replicate its computer circuitry functions. Advances in brain imaging would help us to synapse-by-synapse “print out” brain functions.

Being in a position to ensure sustainable growth, population security, and social cohesion, the modern labor market demands the capacity of graduates to operate these technologies and skills that satisfy the needs of the information society, preparing young people for new roles in this society. The education system’s success depends on a number of internal factors; they are resource base, human resources, organizational types. The adequacy of the education system with the needs of the national economy, the general public and individuals play an important role at that. Education, its quality and accessibility define the limits of the development of modern civilization. In conditions of increasing complexities of the practice of social and economic change needs the development of new forms of educational and social adaptation, optimization of state interests and autonomy in the information society that appears on a daily basis. Global processes became the subject of various studies, especially of social sciences. Globalization, after all, changes relationships within a society and between countries, allowing a single market space to emerge. The global economic crisis in a globalized society and social and economic ties culminated in the European Union countries reorienting the core principles and looking for the economic development model, which would ensure national competitiveness and steer each country’s national economy towards long-term growth. It has grown into a model for creativity. The desire to look to the future, foresee and affect it, is inherent in the nature of man. A distinct field of human culture, of education, is the main tool to shape our future. Exceptionally, it is capable not only of thinking but also of shaping the future in all areas of society-from the competitive economy to a fundamental and applied science today.

Education and science are deeply integrated into the economy, social life, and their degree has a huge impact on the quality of life and on the prospect of continuous development of both a single country in particular and the international community at large. Accordingly, research and professional workers are regarded as the decisive factor in achieving the goals of the educational process internationalization: A distinct field of human culture, of education, is the main tool to shape our future. Exceptionally, it is capable not only of thinking but also of shaping the future in all areas of society-from the competitive economy to a fundamental and applied science today.

Make European education more efficient, inclusive and in a position to ensure sustainable growth, population security and social cohesion. The scientist’s core advancement areas of management practice are conceptuality in organization management; purpose-oriented management approach; psychological support and humanization of management; modeling the management structure, creating high-speed innovations and management mechanisms; mobile horizontal relationship structure; Bringing management roles into line with the tasks of the educational institution; managerial reflexivity; monitoring the quality of education and developing new methods for evaluating the efficacy of the educational process; computerizing, managerial technology; applying management science accomplishments in the social and industrial sectors to the management of education.
